Longer stays are especially rewarded: Starting with your third night, you’ll benefit from a discounted room rate. For stays of 7 nights or more, you’ll enjoy the “Stay Longer Advantage” and receive a 10% discount on the regular room rate.

Please note: This offer is valid outside of the holiday season (Christmas/New Year’s Eve) and cannot be combined with other discounts.

• Room Rates

To ensure we always offer you the fairest price, we use a dynamic pricing system: Rates are flexibly adjusted based on the time of booking, occupancy, and market demand.

What do “Starting at” prices on the website mean? The notation “Starting at €...” refers to the lowest available rate in the selected room category. Since prices are based on current demand, early bookers and guests traveling during quieter seasons benefit most from these particularly attractive rates.

All room rates already include the organic breakfast buffet, service, and applicable VAT. You can optionally add the ¾ organic gourmet board.

Cancellation of a reservation booked at the “Best Flexible Rate” is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

After that, in accordance with the accommodation contract, we charge 80% of the price for a room with breakfast or 60% of the price for a room with ¾ gourmet board if the room cannot be rebooked. In the event of early departure, the same calculation principles apply as mentioned above. If the room can be rebooked, no charges will apply.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance in any case.

Rebooking or canceling our most affordable “Fixed Rate” is not possible free of charge. Upon booking, an immediate deposit of 80% of the room rate is due. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit remains with the hotel and is non-refundable.

Plans can change. If you need to end your stay with us earlier than planned, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please understand that in the event of early departure, we must charge for the unused nights in accordance with our cancellation policy. We therefore generally recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. The same calculation basis applies here as for a cancellation (80% for bed and breakfast / 60% for bookings with ¾ organic gourmet board).

Yes, the holiday rate can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your stay; after that, 60% of the total cost will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked. The same policy applies in the event of early departure.

Yes, our facility is designed to ensure you can move around freely. All floors and public areas are accessible via elevators.

• Barrier-free access: From your room, you can reach the restaurant, wellness area, therapy center, and our outdoor area without any barriers.

• Special rooms: Some junior suites and apartments are designed to be barrier-free—including features such as sliding doors, wheelchair-accessible sinks, and smart lighting controls. Here you will find details about barrier-free accommodation options. We are happy to advise you personally on specific questions regarding room amenities or exact dimensions.

Important note: To comply with fire safety regulations, some connecting doors in the building are self-closing.

The “Hotel-Lädele” at the front desk is open all day and offers souvenirs, textiles, organic products from the family’s own Bioland farm, vegan alkaline fasting products based on the Wacker method, and (cosmetic) skincare products.

To ensure a healthy indoor environment and a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, our entire hotel is a smoke-free zone.This applies to all public areas, guest rooms, and balconies.

For guests who wish to smoke, ashtrays are available exclusively in the outdoor areas in front of the hotel entrances.
