Teamwork for your health - Specialist medical therapists offer a wide range of thorough analyses, efficient treatments and targeted advice. Gentle naturopathy that is based on Sebastian Kneipp’s principles is complemented by scientifically proven therapy concepts and compact health packages for prevention, physiotherapy and regeneration. Medical counselling and support and guidance is provided by the medical practice at the hotel. We were the first medical wellness hotel in Germany to be certified by the TÜV (German Technical Inspection Association) with its seal of approval for our range of services and we have received several awards, including 5 Medical Wellness Stars (German quality certification).

Prevention, therapy and medical rehabilitation
After you have undergone an orthopaedic surgery procedure, we will help you to get mobile and fit on the basis of a personalised therapy and training concept, so that you will soon be able to meet the challenges of everyday life again. All the medical and physiotherapeutic services at the Eggensberger Therapy Centre, which is headed by physicians, are moreover approved by the German statutory health insurance scheme and your medical prescriptions will be chargeable to all the health insurance companies.
As a recognised sanatorium and spa hotel in Bavaria, the Eggensberger Hotel also fulfils all the requirements for an outpatient spa treatment, outpatient rehabilitation therapy and also for courses of inpatient treatment that are covered by the so-called Beihilfe, a financial subsidy for public servants in Germany that covers a percentage of their medical treatments..
