As true Allgäu natives we value and protect the nature around us. For this reason we implemented the Eggensberger organic concept in 2003 - and continue to improve it.

• For organic enjoyment we use only organic foods – without additives, GM technology or factory farming!
• Climate protection is our aim: we continously check the carbon footprint of our hotel, our products and suppliers.
• Thanks to our "good night switch" we protect you from disruptive electric smog and offer you natural living comfort in our organic balance rooms.
• Environmentally friendly transport is desired, and is also practiced by us.
• We save energy: thanks to the modern technology of our heating system and by taking resources into account.

Why? Because nature is important to us!
